Albuquerque, NM (December 29, 2019) – On December 28th, a police chase took place that ended in a crash, causing several injuries in Albuquerque.
The accident allegedly took place when police realized that a 32-year-old man was driving a stolen vehicle during a license plate check.
As the driver sped off, he made a turn and his vehicle struck another car, causing it to flip onto its side. The suspect then got out and ran.
Police were able to catch up with him and take him into custody.
The driver of the other vehicle was treated at the scene by paramedics but the extent of injuries has not been released.
The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
