Akela, NM (February 7, 2020) – Police stated that a crash took place along Interstate 10 in the town of Akela on Wednesday night, February 5th. The collision happened at approximately 7:38 p.m. for reasons that remain under investigation at this time.
Emergency responders were sent to the scene where they began rendering aid to the wounded victims. Authorities have not provided any details regarding the number of victims or the gravity of their injuries.
